HRA – Habitats Regulations Assessment

Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA) is required for any proposals that could affect European designated sites. That includes special areas of conservation and special protection areas. Any plans or products that could affect them need the potential impacts on the designated features assessed.

CEC can help you through the HRA process, from screening to appropriate assessment.

CEC has successfully taken projects in the marine and terrestrial environment through the HRA process, submitting Shadow HRA / Report to Inform HRA to the Competent Authority.
